My favourite travel memory is from Kruger National Park. Not only did I get to see the 'Big 5' up close, but I ate magnificent food and tried local South African wine. The highlight was meeting the native people of a small village on the outskirts of the National Park. I can think of no greater career than to craft incredible, once-in-a-lifetime holidays like that for others.
