Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar has secured the top spot as the best airport in the world in the 2024 Skytrax awards, surpassing 12-time winner Singapore Changi Airport.
Serving as a gateway for Qatar Airways and accommodating over 45 million passengers a year, Hamad International’s victory comes as no surprise.
The airport has built a reputation for excellence, notably highlighted by its breathtaking 'Orchard’, a sprawling indoor tropical oasis adorned with over 300 trees and 25,000 plants, all sourced from sustainable forests worldwide.
Adding to the allure is Viale Del Lusso, a luxury shopping ‘street’ within the airport, home to brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo, Valentino and more.
