The excitement of packing a suitcase, travelling to the airport, getting on a plane and experiencing amazing new sights, sounds and cultures, to Anne-Marie it was exhilarating. Even now more than 40 years later, she still feels the same excitement every time she travels.
Not long after her first trip to Hong Kong, came a cruise to the South Pacific, where in young Anne-Marie's eyes life could not get any better. That first cruise sparked a life-long love of cruising and many more ships boarded. The ocean, sea breezes, onboard Bingo (a personal favourite), entertainment, exciting port destinations and great dining options feels like heaven to Anne-Marie.
Anne-Marie made it her mission to travel as much as she could, so every year in her 20’s & 30’s she found a new amazing destination to uncover. She travelled to so many cities and countries, all over the UK, Europe, Asia, South Pacific, Polynesia, Canada and the USA (38 states!).
A little closer to home, in Anne-Marie's opinion there’s nothing like Hamilton Island. It’s a special place she will always recommend to her clients looking for an idyllic escape just a few hours away. In fact, she’s been there 16 times herself. Sailing, snorkelling, jetboats, jet skis, pampering in a day spa, relaxing by the pool with a cocktail, strolling along the beach, ten pin bowling, hiking or dining at one of many delicious dining options – there's something to do for whatever mood you’re in.
